  • Monitoring and Evaluation

This project will be monitored and evaluated at every stage. Monitoring an evaluation will act as a gate-keeping approach which will ensure that the project remains focused to its objectives. This process will include:

  1. Visiting the groups – periodical visits to the groups will be conducted to monitor the progress of the group. It will also be used to measure the impact of the training through observing how the groups carry out their activities.
  2. Conducting research- several studies will be carried out with an aim of evaluating the impact of group trainings. Approaches such as observation, surveys and ethnographic studies will be used to evaluate how groups are benefitting from the trainings offered. The findings will be compiled into a final report which will be used to measure the success of the project. The report will also help identify existing gaps which will determine the next course of action.
